Hello!
My name is Marina Khotoveli-Zelanski. I repatriated to Israel in 1996. I hold a Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Management with a specialization in strategic management and entrepreneurship. I have extensive experience working in the public sector in Israel: for 13 years, I headed the repatriation and international relations department at the Bat Yam municipality; then, for 5 years, I served as a diplomatic envoy, holding the position of First Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Israel in the Russian Federation and Director of the Israeli Cultural Centers “Nativ” in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Now my family and I live in Israel, and I am writing this post as one of the members of the initiative group and the leader of the new project - "Alliance 0110".
Our platform brings together entrepreneurs, business experts, and social entrepreneurs. Among us are new repatriates, those who have lived in the country for a long time, and native Israelis.

Alliance 0110 is a community for those who are ready to create the future of Israel: for themselves, their families, and their country. Our goal is the integration of Israel into the global economy and its promotion as an international cultural and financial center.
Our activities cover five key areas, united in the “SENSE Space” concept:
